You’ll set up essential tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, and ChatGPT; explore quick tutorials on each platform; and review how the bootcamp runs. You’ll also join your online community, check your system setup, and get ready to collaborate from day one. By the end, you’ll have all tools configured and your workspace ready for a hands-on AI Product Management journey.

BUILD YOUR FOUNDATIONS: AGILE, AI & PRODUCT THINKING
In your first weeks, you’ll master the fundamentals of modern product management. Learn Agile principles like Scrum and Kanban, practice writing user stories with AI, and explore responsible AI prompting. Then, dive into Jira and Confluence to build backlogs, PRDs, and transparent AI-assisted documentation. Finally, bring ideas to life with AI-powered Figma and no-code prototyping tools. You’ll wrap up by creating your first PRD, Jira backlog, and AI-generated wireframe for your first mini product sprint!

Turn ideas into real AI-powered products. You’ll use AI to accelerate discovery, create user personas, and validate assumptions. Then, move from prototype to MVP with tools like OpenAI and Hugging Face, building your own custom GPT or AI assistant. Learn best practices for UX, privacy, and responsible AI design. Finally, use AI to plan your roadmap and communicate strategy through compelling stakeholder decks. By the end, you’ll deliver a working MVP, roadmap, and presentation of your second mini project.

In your final stretch, you’ll bring your AI product to market and lead like a true Product Manager. Use AI for go-to-market research, competitor analysis, and ethical marketing copy. Finally, complete your Capstone Sprint: building a product from scratch, discovery to analytics, with a focus on impact, collaboration, and responsible AI. Our application process is non-commital so you can drop out at any time if you decide it's not for you.
Once you've submitted your application, you'll be invited to a personal interview. This is our opportunity to get to know you, and your opportunity to ask your most burning questions. We'll make sure that you're embarking on the right bootcamp journey and give you all of the information you need.
You'll be assigned a very simple technical test, designed to measure your aptitude. Ironhack's bootcamps are beginner-friendly, and so is the test, so don't stress. No hard skills required here. (That's what your bootcamp is for!)
Now it's time to sign the Student Agreement, which makes you an offical Ironhacker! At this point you'll also pay the deposit. (The rest of your tuition fee payment will depend on your chosen financing option.)
As an official Ironhack bootcamp student, you'll have access to online prework that helps us level the playing field and ensure that everyone is bootcamp-ready!
